About BriLo Energy
Five technologies. Four development lines. Integrated as one, developed independently.
Connected by heat, extending into computing, electromagnetics and power generation.
Who We Are
BriLo Energy Inc. is a technology-driven company headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA. Founded on over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering, advanced manufacturing, materials and industrial R&D, we develop advanced energy and computing technologies. Our portfolio consists of five technologies across four development and investment lines: TEMCER, LEMAC, LIMERATIC, and HECT with ICETA.
Our Mission
We rely on existing scientific theories and innovative engineering technologies to develop groundbreaking technologies and transform them into commercially viable intellectual property rights. Our goal is to combine energy and computing power, or develop them separately, to expand their application in relevant industries and their long-term technological development and market prospects.
Technology Platforms
Five technologies. Four development lines. Integrated as one, developed independently.
Connected by heat, extending into computing, electromagnetics and power generation.
TEMCER
D-T Fusion & High-Intensity Neutron Sources
A modular fusion reactor using a magnetic-mirror field, combining the academic routes of WHAM and CMFX with a controllable magnetic-confinement topology. Designed to operate without full ignition, it starts with medical-isotope processing and neutron irradiation services, with modular array expansion toward power generation.
LEMAC
Reconfigurable Liquid Electromagnetic Circuits
Reconfigurable liquid electromagnetic systems designed to improve motor power density, service life and operating flexibility. Target applications include commercial vehicles, rail traction, eVTOL propulsion and large electric machines, using rare-earth-free configurations.
HECT / ICETA
Cascaded Thermoelectric Energy Recovery
A cascaded solid-state thermoelectric platform that recovers electricity while managing heat. ICETA brings the platform into chip packages; larger arrays address industrial waste heat and power systems. The net electrical efficiency design target is 40-45% for the 200–650°C temperature span.
LIMERATIC
Liquid-Integrated Compute-in-Memory Architecture
An AI and server computing architecture combining nonvolatile memory, computation where data is stored, mixed analog and digital processing, and integrated thermal control. Designed to reduce data movement, improve useful compute per watt and support onboard robotics and continual learning.
Founder & Development Team
Founder-led multidisciplinary engineering, with a technical lead planned for each development line.
Eswat (Teng-Fei) Wu
Founder / Chief Technical Lead
Inventor of TEMCER, LEMAC, HECT, ICETA and LIMERATIC. Over 25 years in mechanical R&D and manufacturing, 15 years in automotive engine and mechanism R&D and quality, and 12 years in quality management. Academic background: marine engineering. Expertise includes mechanical design, advanced machining, additive design, materials selection, 3D modelling, CAE structural analysis, reliability engineering, manufacturing quality systems and product lifecycle management.
Taiwan R&D & Texas Commercialization
Engineering development across disciplines
The Taiwan R&D centre leads architecture design, technical review and core component validation. The Texas team supports commercialization, materials engineering, software adaptation and customer applications. Planned specialist teams cover plasma physics, electromagnetic systems, liquid-metal engineering, spintronics, microfluidics and thermoelectric integration. Team expansion follows funding and development milestones.
Patent Portfolio
Our portfolio covers TEMCER, LEMAC, HECT, ICETA and LIMERATIC.
HECT: applications filed in Taiwan, under PCT and in China.
TEMCER: Taiwan application 114139310, with an integrated TEMCER / LEMAC international filing strategy.
LEMAC: Taiwan divisional application 115110687. The current LEMAC pitch identifies Taiwan applications 114139310 and 115110687 as priority bases for the US application.
ICETA: the US application is being handled by patent counsel, as stated in the current HECT / ICETA pitch.
LIMERATIC: US provisional filing provides the initial IP-protection route. Process parameters and software tools remain trade secrets.
US patent applications are handled by Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Filing and examination statements reflect the supplied October 2026 pitch materials.
Engineering Validation & Development
Each platform progresses through design review, prototype testing, measured performance validation and application integration. TEMCER evaluates neutron-service performance and the later fusion development route. LEMAC validates electrical-machine performance and operating durability. LIMERATIC validates computing performance, power use and application compatibility. HECT / ICETA validates electrical recovery and thermal-management performance under defined operating conditions.
Detailed architecture and engineering structures can be discussed after signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Commercialization & Collaboration
Four development lines progress independently, with their own technical milestones and commercialization paths.
TEMCER: intended isotope irradiation services followed by further fusion development.
LEMAC: development licensing and royalties for motors, energy and propulsion applications.
LIMERATIC: architecture licensing to AI accelerator, server CPU and robotics chip designers.
HECT / ICETA: semiconductor licensing and energy revenue sharing.
We welcome discussions with investors, industrial licensees, engineering partners and validation organizations. Detailed technical and investment materials are available on request.
Investment & Partnership
BriLo Energy offers investment in the company or in selected development lines, with each line following its own funding, validation and commercialization milestones.
The current investment proposal seeks approximately USD 16.3 million for three licensing lines: LIMERATIC, HECT / ICETA, and the first portion of LEMAC. TEMCER is financed separately.
These figures are planning estimates from the October 2026 proposal. The detailed use of funds, milestones and investment terms are available for discussion.
Four Independently Developed Business Lines
TEMCER: fusion and neutron-source development, including LEMAC applications within the reactor.
LEMAC: licensing for electric machines, energy systems and propulsion.
LIMERATIC: computing architecture licensing.
HECT / ICETA: semiconductor licensing, industrial waste-heat recovery and future power-supply system licensing.
Under the current TEMCER pitch, Stage 1 validation requires USD 5.00 million and Stage 2 construction and initial commercial operation requires USD 97.59 million, for a first-phase total of USD 102.59 million. The proposed first-phase funding envelope is USD 140.00 million including additional buffer. The later Stage 3 demonstration-reactor expansion is a separate USD 150.00 million development stage. Stage 4 generation equipment is subject to configuration and quotation.
Each of the LEMAC, LIMERATIC and HECT / ICETA licensing lines retains a USD 5.00 million base investment, or approximately USD 6.02 million including the proposed risk-absorption allowance. Individual funding commitments and releases follow the respective line’s agreed milestones.
Licensing & Industrial Collaboration
We seek partners for prototype validation, materials and process development, application integration and commercialization.
LEMAC: development license fees and royalties on licensed products.
LIMERATIC: development license fees and royalties linked to rated chip power.
HECT / ICETA: semiconductor IP licensing and energy revenue sharing.
TEMCER: intended irradiation services and isotope supply-chain collaboration.
Detailed technical reports, financial assumptions and preliminary return scenarios are available on request. Commercial results depend on engineering validation, customer adoption and agreed licensing terms.
